The Air Jordan 4 Retro Comic reimagines the iconic silhouette with a completely new look inspired by the aesthetics of classic comic books. The design features bold colors, graphic borders, and details reminiscent of effects found in illustrated stories. The model retains the signature Air Jordan 4 construction with mesh side panels, lace tabs, and a visible Air cushioning system, complementing it with elements designed specifically for the “Comic” colorway. The model is set to release in July 2026.The colorway is based on a combination of Off White, Anthracite, Neutral Grey, Fire Pink, Light Arctic Pink, and Muslin. The light-colored base gives the silhouette a calm look, while pink, purple, orange, and yellow accents create an effect inspired by colorful comic book panels. The vibrant colors are visible beneath the translucent panels on the front and sides of the upper, giving the design a multi-layered character.The upper is crafted from white leather, complemented by distinctive panels and TPU elements. The most recognizable detail of this version is the upper wings near the laces, where the classic shape has been replaced with pink elements reminiscent of the graphic “POW!” effect known from comic books. The design is rounded out by a pink Jumpman logo on the tongue and specially modified Nike Air branding on the heel, featuring lettering inspired by speech bubbles and comic book illustrations.The sole features a foam midsole and a visible Nike Air cushion that provides cushioning for everyday wear. The forefoot is finished in a vibrant pink that seamlessly blends with the multicolored details of the upper. Rubber outsole elements enhance durability and traction while maintaining the classic Air Jordan 4 construction.The most distinctive feature of the Air Jordan 4 Retro Comic remains the combination of a light-colored leather upper with multicolored panels and details directly inspired by the style of classic comic books. Pink wings reminiscent of the “POW!” effect, special Nike Air lettering, and bold accents give the model a unique character, clearly setting it apart from the classic Air Jordan 4 colorways.
