The Nike Air Force 1 Low Scream Ghostface Black is the second, darker iteration of a special release inspired by the “Scream” horror film series and the character Ghostface. The model retains the classic Air Force 1 Low silhouette but features several unique details that directly reference the film. The black base gives the design a darker character, while white, red, and silver accents highlight specific elements of the construction. The official colorway is Black, Summit White, Gym Red, and Metallic Silver. The upper is almost entirely black, and its layered construction is accentuated by lighter scuff marks along the edges of the panels. The side Swoosh logo features a gray finish and irregular cutouts, giving it a more worn, intentionally distressed look. Red fabric is visible beneath the cutouts at the back, allowing the Gym Red motif to appear as a hidden detail rather than a large block of color. The most distinctive elements are found on the tongue and lacing. The white “Nike” lettering on the tongue is rendered in a typeface reminiscent of the “Scream” logo, and the laces feature a special metal element shaped like a cordless phone. This is a direct reference to one of the most recognizable opening scenes from the first film in the series. Thanks to these details, the design isn’t limited to just the black color scheme and the name “Ghostface,” but actually incorporates elements tied to the film’s theme. The Nike Air Force 1 Low Scream Ghostface Black retains the classic AF1 construction with a perforated forefoot, low profile, side Swoosh, and chunky sole. The bottom is complemented by a translucent outsole, which sets this version apart from standard black Air Force 1s and pairs well with the upper’s more technical finish. The model was developed as part of Nike’s 2026 Halloween series and expands on the Ghostface theme following an earlier, light-colored release. The Black version is scheduled for October 2026 and retains the same cinematic references but presents them on an all-black base. With distressed edges, red details hidden beneath the Swoosh, special tongue branding, and a phone motif on the laces, this is a much more elaborate interpretation of the “Scream” theme than a typical seasonal Air Force 1 colorway.
