Mind 001 Slide Palest Purple (W)

The Nike Mind 001 Palest Purple and Purple Pulse is the women’s version of the Mind 001 model, featuring a pastel purple color scheme. The official color palette combines Palest Purple, Purple Pulse, Black, and Metallic Silver, with light and medium shades of purple taking center stage, complemented by darker and metallic details. The color scheme effectively highlights the shoe’s rounded silhouette, wide toe box, and distinctive mule-style design. The most important element of the Nike Mind 001 remains the system of 22 independently moving foam nubs located under the foot. While walking, they move up and down, increasing the number of stimuli reaching the foot’s receptors. This solution was developed by the Nike Mind Science Department and forms the foundation of the entire Mind platform, which the brand has been working on for over a decade. The midsole uses soft foam, and the flexible material underfoot provides the moving elements with adequate space to function. Rubber sections in the forefoot and heel enhance traction and durability. The knit tongue features a perforated design, while the low-cut, open heel allows for quick entry without a traditional lacing system. The Palest Purple and Purple Pulse colorway stands out primarily for its calm, pastel color palette. A lighter shade of purple forms the main base, while Purple Pulse more strongly highlights selected design elements. Black and Metallic Silver appear in the details and introduce a subtle contrast without disrupting the uniform character of the entire design. The design combines the signature technology of 22 movable elements underfoot with a light purple color scheme, which gives this version a distinctly softer look.
