YS-01 Fudge

The YZY YS 01 Fudge is a design created exclusively by Ye, formerly known as Kanye West. The model belongs to the independent YZY line and was not developed in collaboration with adidas. Its design remains very similar to earlier Yeezy Slide flip-flops, but it does not feature the adidas branding present on models produced as part of the previous collaboration.The silhouette features a wide, one-piece construction with a covered section spanning the midfoot and a completely exposed heel. The rounded toe seamlessly transitions into the raised sides of the sole, creating a compact, chunky shape. The absence of straps, laces, and separate fastening elements simplifies the design and leaves a large, uniform surface of material.The Fudge variant features a dark, warm-toned brown shade. The color covers the upper, the interior, and the entire sole, without any contrasting panels or additional markings. The uniform color palette emphasizes the model’s rounded lines, the width of the base, and the gradual transition from the enclosed toe box to the open heel area.The YZY YS 01 Fudge is made of molded synthetic material with a dense, uniform structure. The construction contains no seams, textile panels, or separately attached components. Raised edges define the space for the foot, and a wide opening makes it easy to slip the shoe on. The lower section is divided by deep grooves, which give the sole a segmented structure and allow it to flex while walking.The most important features of the YZY YS 01 Fudge remain its one-piece form, the absence of visible adidas branding, and its uniform brown finish. The model retains the recognizable proportions of earlier Yeezy-line flip-flops, now functioning as an independent YZY design by Ye.
