Campus 00s x Korn Black

The adidas Campus 00s KoRn model was created as a result of a collaboration between adidas Originals and the American band KoRn, one of the most recognizable representatives of the nu metal genre. The design was presented in 2023 as part of a joint collection of footwear and clothing inspired by the band's aesthetic. The silhouette uses the Campus 00s construction, which develops the classic adidas model with proportions inspired by early 21st-century styling, with a more massive upper, wider tongue, and wide laces.The color scheme of the model is based on a contrasting combination of black and white. The black upper creates a uniform visual base, on which the bright three adidas stripes and contrasting stitching are clearly marked. This color scheme emphasizes the lines of the construction panels and gives the silhouette a distinct, raw character. The whole is complemented by a rubber-colored sole, which introduces a warmer accent to the lower part of the construction and visually separates the upper from the ground.The upper is made of soft suede with a matte texture, which is one of the most characteristic materials used in Campus models. This material is responsible for the durability of the construction and the characteristic texture of the surface. The three stripes on the sides are made of leather in a contrasting color, while the interior of the shoe is finished with a textile lining for comfort.The base of the model is a rubber cupsole, which provides stability and traction when walking. Its construction supports the even distribution of pressure across the entire surface of the sole. Soft padding around the tongue and collar improves the fit and stabilizes the foot during everyday use.The distinguishing features of this version are directly related to the collaboration with the band KoRn. The tongue and insole feature the band's logo, which distinguishes this version from the standard Campus 00s variants. The model retains the classic design features of the Campus line, while introducing details that refer to the musical identity of the project.
